Clarus Systems Expands Reporting Coverage and Flexibility with Latest Version of ClarusIPC Plus 2.6.2

The new ClarusIPC Plus+ 2.6.2 features significantly enhanced reporting functionality.

- New Traffic Analysis Performance Reports!
- Daily Call Activity: View max calls active by Route Group, Route List or Routing Device (MGCP PRI, H.323, SIP Trunk, FXO) over the last 24 hours. Use this report to help you better understand your utilization of gateway resources.
- Daily Gateway Utilization: Find out how your call volume is distributed amoung gateway resources across the entire cluster.
- Daily Server Health: View average hourly CPU and memory usage for each CM server over the last 24 hours.
- New Cost $$ Management Reports
- Charge Back: Help charge business units within your organization or external customers for their UC usage including registered phones by model and Unity subscriber accounts per Site.
- Under Utilized Phones: Discover registered phones which have not made or received calls in the last 30 days and may be repurposed to new users.
- Voice Mail Port Utilization: See how your voice mail ports are being used over time; allow reduction in port charges by reducing capacity as needed.
